Dr Rubalcava

Dr. Rafael Rubalcava was born and raised in the beautiful San Gabriel Valley of California and graduated from the Revelle College at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelor Degree in Biology. He then proceeded to obtain his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His medical training was finalized back in California, at the Family Practice Residency Program at USC-Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier. Dr. Rubalcava is currently board certified with the American Board of Family Practice, and a member of The American Academy of Family Practice. He is also a partner with Imperial Primary Care Medical Group in the city of La Mirada. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Rubalcava enjoys listening to music and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.


Dr Lum

Utilizing proven scientific evidence based medicine to help minimize patient’s cost while still providing effective and efficient care. Help patients overcome their barriers to reach their goals in becoming mentally and physically well.

Dr. Marcus Lum began practicing medicine over 20 years ago, working in Los Angeles and Orange County. A Southern California native, he is proud to serve the same communities he trained in and currently resides in. Beginning his education at UCLA, Dr. Lum graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He then attended The Chicago Medical School, where he received his medical degree. His training was completed at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. He has been a Board Certified Family Physician ever since. Prior to his current practice, Dr. Lum served as the Vice Chairman for the Department of Family Practice at Friendly Hills Medical Group. When not at work, Dr. Lum enjoys spending time with his wife and children, taking road trips and vacations. He also likes to learn about home improvement projects (Do it yourself).


Dr Chahbouni

Providing each and every patient with an individulalized plan of care that is evidence-based, holistic and culturally sensitive.

Dr. Amine Chahbouni was born in Chicago, Illinois but spent most of his childhood in Algeria, North Africa. Through his frequent travel to many neighboring countries in the Mediterranean, he developed fluency in Arabic, French, and Spanish. Dr. Chahbouni moved back to the United States at the age of 17 and pursued his undergraduate career in Biological Science at the University of California, Irvine, where he volunteered in many clinics in rural and underserved communities. Dr. Chahbouni attended Osteopathic School of Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Downey Regional Medical Center. As a resident, he joined Imperial Primary Care Medical Group to work in the after hours clinic. He has also served as Medical Director at Harbor Community Clinic in San Pedro and has been granted a Congressional Commendation Award for his service and dedication to helping the medically-indigent population there. During his spare time, Dr. Chahbouni enjoys playing soccer, listening to world music, and spending time with his wife and four children.


Dr Dalprat

Dr. Jose Dalprat, DO is a family medicine specialist in Orange, CA and has been practicing for 8 years. Dr. Dalprat is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Downey Regional Medical Center, where he was recognized as Intern of the Year and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Jose Dalprat is Board Certified in Family Medicine with a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He is accepting new patients and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
